Edward C. Dupont, Jr. founded the Dupont Group in 1993 after serving five terms in the New Hampshire State Senate, representing District 6. James Monahan joined the Dupont Group in 1993 and became Vice President in 1998.  He is also the founder and principal of White Birch Communications Group, the public relations and communications division of the Dupont Group.  Before coming to the Dupont Group, Jim worked for the New Hampshire State Senate and in electoral politics.
