About Rumford Management

Rumford Management operates as a part of the Monahan Public Affairs Group, the umbrella organization which includes the Dupont Group, a well-established, broad-based lobbying, public affairs, and advocacy firm; and White Birch Communications Group, a communications firm that works with businesses and nonprofit and trade organizations whose public relations needs intersect with government and public policy. This work includes public relations, research, writing and communications as well as event management and media support. The combined firms can utilize the strength of the staff and resources to build and support effective and robust associations. Rumford Management is led by Jim Monahan who has a 25-year history of working with New Hampshire’s business and nonprofit communities in government affairs and communications. The firm has a strong team of experienced staff with professional expertise in the nonprofit, business and government arenas, which offers in-depth policy and management experience. Danielle Duchesne, a member of the Rumford Management team, has experience with 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and 501(c)(6) national and state-level trade associations.
